| I am having problems uploading my brochure (PDF, Data Sheet, Spec Sheet, Word Document, Image, Logo, etc.). The upload just doesn’t work. |
The problem is most likely the size of the file (in bytes) you are attempting to upload - is it possible to reduce the file size?
The server has a limit of 3 megabytes on individual file uploads to prevent people from overloading the server with just a few files. Also bear in mind that your whole web site has a 250mb limit on the hard drive.
If your file is under 3 megabytes - please look at the FAQ below "I am sure that my image is a JPEG file..." - this FAQ uses the JPEG file as an example but the same ideas apply to all files.
