I have my logo (or other image) but it is not a JPEG file - how can I upload this?

If you can view the file (i.e. a PDF file, Word Document or other photo file type) you can easily take a screenshot of the file and save it as a JPEG using Microsoft Paint (which is on all PCs).

Please watch our short video above to see how to do this step by step.

If you can’t open the file (i.e. it is as EPS or AI file or other type of high resolution file) it is best if you can ask your graphic designer who produced the file to supply a version of the logo to you as a JPEG. Otherwise you can email the file to us at support@Chilliwebsites.com and we will try to convert the file for you but we are not always able to open all files.
