Wishing you all a very merry Christmas! For mostly selfish reasons, I hope Santa brings you plenty of books -  and that those of you who read only occasionally quickly become addicted. I certainly am! My perfect Christmas is full of family and food (not necessarily in that order) for the day, and then just me and a few books for the evening. That's what I call festive bliss.

For me it's been a busy year, culminating in the release of the Nell Forrest Murder Mystery series in September & October. These two books (Nefarious Doings and Ill-Gotten Gains) are available in e-book only at this stage and unfortunately the scheduled February release of the print editions has now been postponed. Which brings me to a request, if you have read and enjoyed either of the books, I would really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review somewhere - either on Amazon, or Goodreads, or Momentum (the publishers), or one of the book-related blogs out there. With e-books it is all about word of mouth and reviews matter. Only in this way can more books in the series be guaranteed, otherwise I shall have to move to other concepts. I'll be quite sad to do so, as I've really enjoyed writing about Nell and her rambunctious (love that word) family. So this is really a request to Save Nell! 

Lastly, a word on the other books. If anybody is after one of the earlier ones (see below), I do have a few remaindered copies that are substantially less than even the discounted RRP. Just email me at ilsa@ilsaevans.com if interested.
